Good luck on getting any rest Boo. Hope those pups get here quickly for you and then you can rest a bit.

Shar, love your new signature and car. That looks like a dream vehicle.

Ok, I'm back out of here... was just bored with tv so I think I'll play some games while the forum is still down.

bye all....

Thanks LAP and Shar. Have a good evening LAP.

I was going to put an avatar on here but I forgot how to resize. It's been a while. Oh well.

I also have to keep telling it to show the newest post first, it isn't doing it each time, or rather doesn't keep the setting if I close the forum and then come back into it. Maybe I need to change the setting someplace else. Oh well, I'm off to take the dogs outside and watch DWTS.

Boo, I have given up telling it to change to newest first. For some reason that just won't work. I just go to the last page and refresh from there.

I know Patty posted a site to shrink your photo to avatar size. I think it's in the sights and sounds thread.

I really wish these critters would learn to get a drink from this side of the WH. I think they are hyenas, but can't be sure.

Thanks for that info Shar, and thank you Patty. Now the other site just needs to come back up. Now I see my post that wasn't there and it is there again. This is just too strange.

I'm off to comfort Ellie, poor girl is panting like mad now, think the pain is starting to set in more. Hope I get to see the drive. I think I will, at least part of it.

Ellie

Postby Boo on Wed Mar 26, 2008 7:59 am

Thanks Shar. Poor baby is getting more uncomfortable now, keeps sneaking up to be right next to me. Chance is laying on the sofa. I think seeing her mother have puppies is going to freak her out, she won't know what those things are.

Had my first fish casualty in the fish tank today. I seem to have lost my little Dory fish, the hippo tang. She (ok, it, didn't know the sex) always came out of hiding as soon as the lights come on and would stay out until they went off, then she would hide behind the rock again. Today no Dory came out, so I'm sure it must have died. Since I also lost that lobster last week I've decided not to get anything else until they come in a week to do the maintenance and can double check the all the water levels, ph and all that. Darn, that was an expensive little fish too!

I'm off go give Ellie a little belly rub.

Yep Murphy, I figured out the avatar thing. That picture is one I took in the Mara, she had the most beautiful face I've ever seen on a lioness. Good night to you, sweet dreams.

Hi, Boo! So, we are going to have puppies tonight or tomorrow? Today is my Brother's birthday. That would be a good day, I could remember the date anyway!

Did Marian share the info from Mary B? They are working on the problem. Guess it is a big network BUG! Hitting all sorts of networks!

Night Deb, sleep well.

No Dee, there are too many large rocks in there and it was always completely out of site until the lights came on every day, so I don't think I will see the body until the tank is cleaned in a week or so. Sure happened fast, whatever happened. Last night she was swimming away and ate just fine. That is one of the hazzards of these salt water tanks though, it's easy to lose fish.

Maybe she is just feeling shy. . . .there's always hope.

So do you think the babies will be born before midnight or the wee hours of the morning? Or both?? Must be nerve wracking.

No one answered my question. Did Marian tell you all that we heard from Mary Benefil? This is a big network problem, not just NG?!

She hasn't started any pushing yet and that normally goes on for about an hour or so before any puppies come. She just started digging in my blanket though so she might start to deliver before midnight, but I bet some will be born after. Then I'll have to pick one date for the date of birth when I register them. We'll see comes before and what comes after midnight.

Pretty moon at Djuma. Lets see if the pictures work on here.

I will miss my old car. She was a good car while she lasted. The new car will take some getting used to, but I really like it.

I will tell you this. I checked the internet and there were over 100 complaints about the motor of the '01 Intrepid. Was not happy to learn that and $7000 for a used motor just blew my mind today.

Okay, Jan says that it is Alex on cam. It's always good to know who's behind the cam.

There are 4 Egyptian geese at the WH, which reminds me: Has anyone seen George & Gracie since the pond cam came back?
